Dr. Taner Aydin has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Patients are charged the entire visit fee for cancellations/no shows that are not made greater than 48 hours in advance.
To serve you better, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Dr. Aydin does not double-book patients to ensure quality care.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to honor our 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full fee for the visit will apply, as insurance does not cover missed appointments.

The number and frequency of appointments will be determined on a case by case basis and will be determined by acuity, medication you may be prescribed, risk, etc.
Controlled substances (including stimulants and benzodiazepine medications), require monthly in-person appointments.
Payment is due immediately at the conclusion of your appointment.
A valid payment method (such as a credit card) must be kept on file, even if you are using insurance.
In the event of a missed appointment (without proper 48 hour advance notice) you will be charged the full fee of your visit with your valid payment method on file.
